HiTech's turnover follows the IT industry and regional trends. The turnover peaked in the two years leading to year 2000 as a result of accelerated business activities to cater for the Y2K problem solutions, and it is evident that since 2004 it has picked up again. Beginning from year 2002 onwards, HiTech has been focusing its efforts on the provision of complete IT solutions with emphasis on turn-key projects, and has consciously left the majority of PC and peripherals business behind. Success of this strategy is evident in the healthy and growing net profit margin results shown below.
